pumkin time

I have always loved halloween but my favorite part is the pumkins, from early spring I sow punkin seeds and feed and water them in readyness for this week.
so last night the harvested pumkins where removed from storage and carefully cleaned  and are ready to be carved.
The wheelbarrow below has just has the small ones in. the large pumpkins needed a seperate trip.
I will start to carve tonight and add my pics when they are done.

1940's make up

As halloween fast approaches I took some time out to play!
I wanted to try a 1940's look ( its very hard with black and purple dreads to get it to look real)

I was very pleased with the final look, but then the halloween inside took over and I added a wound or two, my 1940's make over turned into a 1940's with a difference!

Its Beard day at pixiedust

Spent most of the day today sorting and ordering beards.
wizard beards, childrens beards for navity plays. lumber jack beards etc.
Ran out of time to start on the crepe wool  and tash's I will save them for another day.
